The kitchen has a large table suitable for dining, and is fully equipped with all modern appliances: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, a traditional gas cooker with two ovens, 2 dishwashers, etc.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a large table for up to 12. This is where the shared network printer/copier/scanner is located.

The living room has an open fireplace and a grand piano, as well as the cable TV and DVD player.
